For the Plump Group we are looking for a head chef! A leader to join our team and elevate our organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in running a kitchen and team management.
Responsibilities:
– Manage 3+ locations.
– Lead kitchen operations and manage staff.
– Design and innovate seasonal menus.
– Ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene.
– Maintain an efficient kitchen environment.
– Manage food cost.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Driver’s license.
– Languages: English, basic Dutch, basic French.
– Entrepreneurial mindset.
