Your role & responsibilities

As our Manager, you are the beating heart of the daily operations:

• Team & Planning: You organize the planning and coach our small team with a positive vibe .

• Bakery & Kitchen: You manage the bakery orders and ensure seamless coordination with our kitchen .

• Hospitality in action: You take orders, ensure smooth service, and make sure every guest feels welcome .

• Operational management: You keep the place spick and span (cleaning) and ensure a proper closing of the cash register at the end of the day.
